Our client required a granular Amazon advertising structure that could drive significant YoY PPC order growth across multiple marketplaces. The client required maximum control over their large catalog of products (circa 1,000+), with each product available in multiple different sizes in a competitive category. We also needed to meet strict ACoS & TACoS targets.
Solution
Smarter targeting, stronger visibility, better results.
We implemented a product-level campaign structure with ad group splits by size, allowing greater control over bids, budgets, and reporting, while separating Brand and Generic targeting to reflect different search intents. To expand reach, we leveraged Amazon’s new Similar Audience targeting with Sponsored Display campaigns aimed at shoppers who viewed competitor product pages. We also introduced remarketing campaigns to re-engage non-converting users over a 60-day period, driving them further down the funnel. To strengthen visibility, we increased share of voice on organic results through ASIN Defense campaigns, pairing winning organic placements with PPC ads. All campaigns were continuously optimised with data-driven bid adjustments and top-of-search placement strategies to maximise visibility and performance.
