Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience as an account manager and a deep strategic understanding of how to grow revenue and brand profitability on Amazon. Our ideal candidate will relish the challenge of communicating directly with clients, quickly understanding their business goals, and managing expectations of what can be delivered and on what timescale. We need a proactive, organised team player who can build valuable long-term relationships and gain the trust of both client contacts and our team of delivery experts. Ultimately, we are looking for a target-driven individual who is excited by the prospect of acting as the strategic lead across a diverse portfolio of Amazon businesses, be they up-and-coming scale-up brands or blue-chip multinationals.

Skills/Experience:

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join our rapidly growing team of experts. You will be acting as the bridge between your client contacts and our team of technical specialists and will be accountable for ensuring that your clients’ goals on Amazon are met.

You will:

  • Ownership of a portfolio of client accounts: Direct responsibility for the retention of a portfolio of clients that will come under your management, and the maintenance (and growth) of the revenue that those accounts bring into the company.
  • Definition of your clients’ Amazon strategy: Understanding your clients’ business goals for Amazon, and translating them into a clear, actionable and timebound roadmap.
  • Project management: Post-roadmap definition, utilising effective task-management and delegation skills to ensure that the delivery team are able to deliver the roadmap actions on schedule.
  • Target and budget definition: Working with clients to get clear targets and budgets in place, and ensure that the delivery team are aware of these targets and budgets.
  • Performance and Status Reporting: Providing clients with regular reports showing performance vs target and status updates showing progress vs roadmap.
  • Delivery of QBRs: Preparation and delivery of strategic quarterly business reviews.
  • Client comms: Building relationships and rapport with clients through email, calls and slack, and ensuring that the client sees Sitruna as an indispensable trusted partner.
  • Identification of commercial opportunities: Utilising your understanding of your clients’ business and goals to spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities to offer additional Sitruna services and grow the value of your client accounts.

You have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in client and account management
  • Proven track record of growing brand presence and meeting client expectations
  • Understanding of Amazon Marketplace policies and best practices an advantage but not required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with using ClickUp or similar tool a plus but not required
