Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a creative, highly organised Content Marketing Specialist to lead our short-form video content strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone based in the Philippines who can take full ownership of turning our team’s knowledge into engaging, high-performing content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. You’ll be in charge of everything—from planning and editing to publishing and reporting. You’ll also work closely with our wider team (especially in the Philippines) to guide contributors, extract good content, and build a repeatable engine that showcases our Amazon expertise in a compelling, authentic way.

Skills/Experience:
Core Responsibilities:
  • Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar for short-form video across platforms
  • Coordinate and support team members in recording short, expert-led videos
  • Edit and polish videos (subtitles, branding, trimming) using tools like CapCut or Adobe or others
  • Write captions and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Monitor post performance and engagement, and adjust strategy based on what works
  • Build playbooks and guides to help internal contributors improve content creation
  • Track and report weekly/monthly metrics (reach, views, engagement, leads generated)
  • Stay up to date with short-form trends and suggest new content ideas or formats
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar
  • Occasionally repurpose client calls or internal content into mini-content assets
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in video content creation, social media management, or content marketing in a B2B setting
  • Proven video editing skills for short-form social platforms
  • Specific prior experience in LinkedIn posting and knowledge of LinkedIn metrics
  • Strong familiarity with social platforms, especially LinkedIn, IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-directed, and excited to take ownership of a new, growing initiative
  • Experience working with e-commerce or Amazon
