Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, organised and friendly. A team player who will enjoy helping brands grow, being client-facing, and offering a fresh approach to how they reach their target audiences across the Amazon markets.

Skills/Experience:

Your core responsibilities are:

Product Listing & Content Management

  • Audit product detail pages for accuracy and optimisation
  • Upload A+ content designs and update storefronts with accurate product listings.
  • Rename images for bulk uploads.
  • Prepare flat files for listing updates (senior specialist review required before upload).
  • Assist senior specialists in updating listings that cannot be automated or edited in bulk.

Account Health & Performance

  • Perform account health audits twice weekly.
  • Review the pricing health dashboard and notify senior specialists of pricing errors.
  • Monitor and address product reviews, buy box/featured offers, and other relevant features.

Logistics & Compliance

  • Create new shipment plans.
  • Support senior specialists in monitoring the compliance dashboard and uploading required documents (e.g., GPSR requirements).

Ad hoc Administrative Support

  • Conduct other ad-hoc tasks (e.g., research) and ensure their timely completion

This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.
