We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, and a passion for driving revenue, based in London. This is a critical role that will be instrumental in refilling our sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and onboarding high-value clients.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our expanding team.

Skills/Experience:

As a Senior Sales Manager, your key responsibilities are:

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., networking, cold outreach, industry events, referrals).
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close, including needs assessment, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique challenges and positioning our agency’s solutions effectively.
  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest trends, changes, and best practices within the Amazon marketplace and the broader e-commerce landscape.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to refining our sales strategy, identify new market segments, and optimise our outreach methods.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, account management, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and provide valuable market feedback.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 3 to 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency, e-commerce agency, or a related field.
  • Have demonstrable experience selling services related to the Amazon marketplace
  • Have strong understanding of Amazon’s various platforms, advertising solutions, and operational nuances.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Are a self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Are proficient with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Can understand client business needs and translate them into effective agency solutions.
  • Are based in the UK, to report to our London office twice a week
