The category listing report allows you to download all information stored on Seller Central for your products in a fully complete flat file.
The full category listing report is not available as standard so you need to request Seller Support activate the report first. If you only need basic information (title, price, SKU) then you can download a standard inventory report, rather than a category listing report.
- Open a case with Seller Support. Choose: "Your Account > Other Account Issues" then write
"Please activate the Category Listing Reports on this account"
- It may take up to 24 hours for the report to be activated - Seller Support will reply to this case when it has been done. Usually the report stays active for 7 days
- To download the report, go to: Inventory > Inventory Reports > Select Inventory Report "Category Listing Report" > Select the category (or choose all) > Click Request Report
It will take a few minutes to request, then you can download the report.
What if the data is not in the flat file?
The Category Listing Report only contains data added by that Seller - if someone else created the product then you will not be able to download the data
