How To Respond to Product Reviews

We can no longer respond to product reviews publicly. We can report an abuse or select the “Helpful” button.

If the product review violates Amazon’s policies, we can contact Seller Support to review and consider removing it.

1. Go to “Help” page and select “Get Support”

2. Select “Selling on Amazon” then “Or, browse for your issue in the menu”

3. Select “Product Reviews” under Products, Listings or Inventory

4. Input the required information in the Description field and submit the case
